Winston County, Mississippi, held a meeting at the Courthouse in the City of
Louisville, Mississippi, at 9:00 am, this the 15th day of July, 2013, the same being duly
noticed and posted to all necessary parties.
Present and
constituting the Board were Honorable James “Burr” Warner, District One;

MISSISSIPPI
CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION at the request of Honorable
Jason Pugh, approval for adopting the Transient Vendor Law Pursuant to MS Code
75-85-5, for Winston County, Mississippi.
Vehicles must be clearly marked with 3” lettering stating company name
and goods for sale. A $250 annual
license must be purchased from the Winston County Tax Assessor, and a $2,000
surety bond must be purchased. Failure
to meet standards as set by the MS Code will result in a misdemeanor charge and
fine.
