WINSTON COUNTY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT MEETING MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2015
BE IT REMEMBERED that the Board of Supervisors of Winston County, Mississippi, sitting as Winston County E911 Commissioners, held a meeting at the Courthouse in the City of Louisville, Mississippi, at 11:30 am, this the 16" day of March, 2015, the same being duly noticed and posted to all necessary parties.
Present and constituting the Board was Honorable James Burr" Warner, District One; Honorable Luke Parkes, District Two; Honorable Mike Peterson, District Three; Honorable Gloria Turnipseed, District Four; and Honorable Larry Duran, District Five. Also present were Board Attorney Hugh Hathorn, Honorable Julie Cunningham, Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Buddy King, EMA Director, Jody Garrard, Assistant EMA Director, Brenda Miles, Darlene Bane, William McCully of WinWeb News, Toby Sanford of Golden Triangle Planning and Development District; Andy Taylor, Vera McCarty, Leslie Loving, and Police Chief L.M. Claiborne of the City of Louisville, E911.
ORDER REQUESTING ESTABLISHMENT OF E911 ACCOUNT FOR REVENUES ΑΝD ΕΧΡΕΝDΙΤURΕS
CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION at the request of Honorable Mike Peterson, request for the establishment of an E911. Account for revenues and expenses at the City of Louisville.
After discussion and upon said request, Motion was made by Honorable Luke Parkes and Second by Honorable Burr Warner to request establishment of an E911
account at the City of Louisville.
Motion passed on the following vote:

CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION at the request of Honorable Mike Peterson, approval for the requirement of E911 Budget request by August 1, for each fiscal year, beginning in 2015.
After discussion and upon said request, Motion was made by Honorable Luke Parkes and Second by Honorable Burr Warner to require E911 Budget request by August 1 of each year beginning in 2015.

CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION at the request of Honorable Mike Peterson, approval for the development of an E911 Policy and Procedures Manual by the 911 Director. The E911 Emergency Communications Board would approve said manual.
After discussion and upon said request, Motion was made by Honorable Luke Parkes and Second by Honorable Burr Warner to approve said request for the
development of policy and procedures manual for Winston County E911.
