IF THERE HAS BEEN ANY CHANGE IN YOUR DEED IN THE PAST 2 YEARS, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN A NEW HOMESTEAD APPLICATION IN THE TAX ASSESSOR’S OFFICE.
EXAMPLES: YOU HAVE MARRIED, DIVORCED, OR BEEN WIDOWED; YOU HAVE SOLD OR BOUGHT PROPERTY; YOU HAVE TURNED 65 OR BECOME DISABLED.
