A millage rate of 39 will produce the same amount of revenue from ad valorem taxes for Winston County as was collected the prior year. The millage rate for the prior year was 40 mills. Winston County has updated the tax values for the year 2013 and is publishing this notice according to the requirements of the Mississippi Department of Revenue.
